TRAVEL AGREEMENT
Organized by Beyond Wander – Sidnei Balbino
This Travel Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and Beyond Wander, operated by Sidnei Balbino (“Organizer”), in relation to participation in a group travel experience (“Trip”).

1. What’s Included
This group travel experience organized by Beyond Wander typically includes:

• Hotel accommodations (shared or private, depending on package selected)
• Group ground transportation to scheduled activities
• Tickets and entry to planned group attractions and excursions
• Trip coordination, support, and hosting by Sidnei Balbino

2. What’s Not Included
Participants understand that the following are not included in the trip package:

• Flights (airfare to and from the destination is not provided)
• Travel insurance (not provided or required, but recommended)
• Meals, unless specifically noted
• Personal spending (e.g., souvenirs, additional snacks, services, or optional activities not outlined in the group itinerary)

3. Payment Terms

• The total trip cost per person will be specified in each individual trip announcement
• A non-refundable deposit (amount specified per trip) is required to secure a spot
• The final payment due date will be communicated in the trip-specific information
• Late or missed payments may result in cancellation without refund

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for obtaining any required documents such as valid passports, visas, or entry permits
• Participants agree to respect the group dynamic, local cultures, laws, and behave responsibly throughout the trip
• Beyond Wander reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund if their behavior negatively affects the experience or safety of others

5. Travel Insurance (Not Included)

• Travel insurance is not included in this package
• While not required, travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected events such as trip interruption, illness, injury, or baggage issues
• Participants choosing not to purchase travel insurance assume full responsibility for any associated risks

6. Liability Waiver
The Participant understands and accepts that:

• Travel involves inherent risks such as illness, injury, theft, delays, changes in itinerary, or acts of nature
• Beyond Wander and Sidnei Balbino are not liable for losses, damages, or disruptions caused by third-party vendors or circumstances beyond reasonable control
• The Organizer will make good-faith efforts to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip but makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes or vendor performance

7. Media Consent
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Participant grants Beyond Wander permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Agreement Confirmation
By processing a payment, the Participant agrees to the terms above, along with the terms and conditions and confirms that they voluntarily choose to participate in this group travel experience organized by Beyond Wander.
