Airfare is not included in any of our trips. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from the destination. However, we’re happy to provide recommended arrival and departure windows and assist with coordinating flight times if needed, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

All of my listed prices are based on single occupancy with a private room. If you’re traveling with a +1 and would like to share a room, just let me know! I can provide a custom rate for double occupancy, which will typically reduce the cost per person. Message me directly, and I’ll be happy to walk you through the options!

As much as I adore the little ones, all of our trips are designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. This allows us to create experiences that are immersive, relaxing, and community-driven for adult travelers.
That said, if we ever host a special trip specifically for parents and children, it will be clearly described in the trip details. Otherwise, our journeys are intended for grown-up adventurers only!

Beyond Wander trips are open to men and women aged 18 and above, from all backgrounds, who are eager to explore the world with curiosity, courage, and a strong sense of community. While most of our travelers fall between 25 and 45, we welcome adventurers of all ages. Absolutely! Most of our travelers start their journey solo and return with incredible new friendships.

While it’s not a requirement to join our adventures, we strongly recommend getting travel insurance for peace of mind. If you decide to purchase a policy, ensure it includes emergency medical coverage along with flight cancellations.
