2. Services Provided

• Coordinating travel logistics
• Accompanying the group during the trip as a guide

We do not operate as an airline, hotel, or transportation provider. We serve as a booking facilitator and travel organizer.

3. Booking and Payments
All bookings made through Beyond Wander are subject to availability and written confirmation. By booking with us, you agree to pay the listed fees for all services provided.
Payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions of any third-party service providers involved in your trip (e.g., airlines, hotels, local tour operators).
To reserve your spot, you may choose to pay either a deposit or the full trip amount at the time of booking.

• If you pay only the deposit, the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the trip.
• A secure payment link for the remaining balance will be sent to you via email.

In the event that the minimum number of travelers is not met, you will be notified at least 30 days prior to the trip start date, and your deposit will be fully refunded.

4. Personal Information
We may collect your name, email address, and phone number solely for the purposes of:

• Communicating about upcoming trips
• Coordinating bookings
• Sending trip-related updates

5. User-Generated Content
You may have the option to post reviews, comments, or testimonials on our website or social media. By submitting such content, you grant Beyond Wander a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, or reproduce your content for marketing or promotional purposes.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post anything abusive, defamatory, or illegal.

6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in group travel involves certain risks, including but not limited to transportation delays, illnesses, accidents, or unforeseen changes in itinerary. By joining a trip, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Beyond Wander from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
Beyond Wander shall not be held liable for:

• Acts or omissions by third-party providers
• Personal injuries, losses, or damages during travel
• Cancellations due to weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events

Our total liability in connection with any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific trip in question.
